I LOVE living in the UP of Michigan! Growing up here and raising a family in Ironwood, MI, has given me a great appreciation for the beautiful outdoors surrounding our area.When I am not working hard, you can probably find me outside doing things like: running, walking, hiking, biking, horseback riding, swimming, kayaking, rollerblading, x-country or downhill skiing, ice skating or snowshoeing. I may be inside working on some crafts or taking another dance, music or painting class!

My prior background working in banking and owning my own Stained Glass Studio has made me realize that paying attention to detail is so very important.

Nancy Zak, a seasoned entrepreneur, has been the top selling Real Estate agent in the Western Upper Peninsula for 12 of the past 14 years. In 2017, she obtained both her Michigan & Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s licenses, and ventured out on her own.  She opened Zak’s Realty in the same building that once housed Zak’s Designs, a stained-glass studio that was ran by Nancy prior to starting her Real Estate career.

Nancy is a dedicated Real Estate agent who strives to get the job done, but also embraces the Up North Motto, to “Live where you play!” When she’s not showing houses, you’re most likely to find Nancy on a trail of one kind or another; Running or biking on the new Iron Belle trail system; skiing at one of the many local hills or cross country trails.

Tracy Amundson is a born & raised Ironwood native. She loves the area so much that she’s never left, and is happy to be raising her daughters here. She is a 4-season outdoor enthusiast with many hobbies, which include ATV and horseback riding, hunting, fishing, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Tracy is a farm girl at heart and loves having a home that she can keep her horses, donkey, goats and chickens; not to mention a few dogs and one grumpy cat!

Tracy has a strong background in Real Estate. Having worked for a local Real Estate appraiser,  she decided that she enjoys the work so much she would take the next step and get her license to start selling Real Estate herself!
